Four Seasons Condos

Developer Genton Property Group recently began construction on its 12-story, 59 unit luxury condo project known as the Four Seasons Private Residences located at 9000 West Third Street. The complex consists of three wings, including two low-rise sections on Wetherly and Almont Drive offering townhouse-style units. The building will be crowned by a 12,000 square foot, $50 million penthouse spanning the entire top floor and including its own pool, garden and six-car garage. Entry level pricing will begin at approximately $2.5 million for units around 2,500 square feet and will increase to about $20 million for 5,000 square foot units. Inspired by Richard Neutra’s California Modern aesthetic with interior design provided by Martyn Lawrence Bullard, the units will feature sliding glass walls and open concept indoor/outdoor living and dining spaces. Residents will enjoy Four Season’s level amenities and services including a private theater and posh restaurant. The project is slated for completion in 2019.
