It looks like the Beverly Center is getting a modern version of a classic diner. What began as a Jeremy Fall’s takeout burger joint in Chinatown, will now be developed into a full service diner with a variety of classic favorites as well as Fall’s popular burgers. Easy’s will be located on the sixth floor near Bloomingdale’s and will be the only sit-down venue in the mall, until of course Michael Mina opens his highly anticipated food court on the top floor. The restaurant will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, along with a full drink menu. There will also be a takeaway counter for coffee and breakfast items.
